We are incredibly proud to announce that our founder, Claudine Adeyemi-Adams, has been awarded the prestigious Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) Fellow of the Year 2025!
This highly-regarded award is a celebration of leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to the employability profession. The room was buzzing with admiration as Claudine accepted the award from last year's winner, Liz Sewell FIEP, Director of Belina Consulting. Belina is a fantastic partner of Earlybird, having saved 71% of admin time with the platform.
Claudine was chosen by a panel of IEP Fellows from a very competitive shortlist, which included two other outstanding finalists: Veejay Patel MBE FIEP and David Elsmere FIEP. We extend our congratulations to them for their remarkable work in the sector.
A Deeply Personal Mission
This recognition is particularly meaningful for Claudine because her connection to the employability sector is so deeply personal. She's not just an innovator; she's a testament to the power of these programs.
"This award and recognition means the absolute world to me because everything that this sector does and stands for leans so deeply into my why.
I’ve been supported by employability programmes. I’ve delivered employability programmes. And now, through Earlybird, I’m building tools to help make that support even better."
Thank you to the Fellows and Members of the IEP that have engaged with my work in one way or another, Scott Parkin and the IEP team – and a huge thank you to my own team who support me every day to achieve this vision I have for a world where every single person deserves the opportunity to thrive in employment. “
We are thrilled to celebrate Claudine's well-deserved honour. Her leadership, compassion, and courage are an inspiration to us all and are helping to shape a stronger, more inclusive future for employability. Congratulations, Claudine!
