We're excited to share the powerful results of our partnership with Seetec, one of the UK's largest employee-owned public service providers. Over the past nine months, we’ve worked together on a pilot programme that proves a simple, yet groundbreaking, principle: AI should empower human connection, not replace it. The results have been so successful that Seetec is now rolling out the Earlybird platform to all 21 of its locations that deliver the UK’s flagship national employability programme.
Seetec's employment advisers are their most valuable asset, but they were spending time on administrative tasks instead of on meaningful, one-on-one interactions with their participants. Seetec wanted to find a way to scale services and improve outcomes without losing the vital human connection at the heart of their work. They sought help from Earlybird; our AI platform provides Conversations, a 24/7 AI agent for vocational and diagnostic assessments for participants and WorkScribe, that transcribes live conversations into structured case notes, dramatically reducing administrative tasks for advisers, so they can focus on building human connection.
Working with Earlybird meant Seetec were able to ascend the national league tables from 12th to 3rd, team performance increased by 8%, individual advisers saved at least 36 hours monthly, and 126 extra participants were supported into meaningful work.
