Earlybird Announced as Global IEP AI Platform Partner

The Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) and Earlybird today are delighted to announce a new Global Partnership. The AI Platform Partnership will focus on leveraging Earlybird’s expertise in bringing AI (artificial intelligence) and voice technology to the frontline.

Earlybird’s platform is designed to amplify the work of frontline professionals, allowing them to reallocate their daily efforts to building trust and driving meaningful human impact. This empowers teams to deliver faster, fairer and more human-led support services by reducing administration, saving time and increasing participant engagement and outcomes.

This approach aligns with the IEP’s and Earlybird’s shared mission to professionalise and elevate the sector by ensuring technology serves as an enabler, not a replacement, for the vital human connection at the heart of employment support.

The partnership has already begun, with Earlybird providing AI expertise at the IEP's flagship event for practitioners, Basecamp, which brought together employment support practitioners from around the world in October. Building on earlier work to co-design the award-winning IEP Award in AI for Employability for frontline practitioners and managers to unlock the tools, confidence and insights needed to harness AI and learn ethical best practice.

The new partnership is highlighted by the upcoming 15th edition of the IEP Journal. This will provide an in-depth insight at how Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future of the sector, sharing global case studies and perspectives from top academics, institutions and sector innovators.

Claudine Adeyemi-Adams FIEP, Founder and CEO of Earlybird said:

"This partnership with the IEP means the world to me. My connection to this sector is so deeply personal. I've been supported by employability programmes, I’ve designed and delivered them, and now, through Earlybird, I’m building a technology platform to help make that support even better. Our work is all about amplifying the incredible diligence, presence and empathy of frontline professionals. I'm so excited to work alongside the IEP to help providers around the world to safely and effectively integrate technology to navigate these exciting and fast-moving times."

Scott Parkin FIEP, Group CEO of the IEP said:

"Claudine and Earlybird have made a huge contribution to the sector, spearheading efforts to transform how we think about safely integrating the latest technology at scale. Her personal journey gives her a unique perspective that is invaluable to the IEP and the sector. Earlybird's commitment to enhancing human-led, AI-enabled delivery aligns perfectly with our values at the IEP. We're proud to partner with Claudine and her team to help our members embrace innovation and strengthen their impact. A partnership exemplified with her honouring as our IEP Fellow of the Year this summer."
