We're excited to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) to launch a refreshed and reimagined Award in AI for Employability 3.0! This cutting-edge program, co-designed with Earlybird, is specifically tailored to equip employability professionals with the practical skills needed to harness the power of artificial intelligence.
This partnership is a natural progression of our shared commitment to innovation in the employability sector. It follows a significant milestone for Earlybird: our founder, Claudine Adeyemi-Adams, was recently awarded the prestigious IEP Fellow of the Year 2025.
A Deep Dive into AI for Employability
The one-day Award in AI for Employability course is delivered by Carolyn Shepherd of Emmeline AI and has been completely redesigned to reflect the ever-changing developments in AI and ethical best practices. The program features three new e-learning modules and an interactive online virtual classroom. Throughout the course, participants will have a unique opportunity to see the Earlybird platform in action, demonstrating how our tools can be used to improve outcomes for those furthest from the job market.
The training covers:
- AI Fundamentals: An introduction to AI and prompt engineering.
- Ethical Considerations: Navigating the ethical landscape and UK legislation.
- Practical Applications: Learning how to use AI for real-world tasks like CV critiques, interview preparation, and labor market analysis.
This training provides a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment, blending technical insight with practical application, culminating in an assessment, allowing participants to receive their IEP & Earlybird Accredited Award in Artificial Intelligence for Employability with Gold Practitioner status immediately.
