We are delighted to announce that Mark Harrison FIEP has joined Earlybird as a Strategic Advisor.
Mark has spent more than 30 years at the heart of UK employment support and citizen services. As Executive Director of Employability at Seetec Pluss, he led the employability division across 50+ sites with a team of 1,000 staff and an £80 million annual revenue portfolio, overseeing prime and sub-prime delivery of the UK's most complex DWP-funded programmes.
He is currently Non Executive Director and Board Chair at Total Training Provision and Founder of ETE Solutions UK, a specialist consultancy in employability and skills through which he has helped transform a number of Primes.
Few people in the sector have seen as much of it from as many angles. Mark has operated at the frontline, run large-scale operations, sat on boards and now advises. That range of perspective is exactly what Earlybird needs as we grow.
Mark and Earlybird's relationship began over two years ago. His early belief in what we were building, and the credibility he put behind it internally, helped shape what Earlybird has become.
His formal appointment as Strategic Advisor brings that experience directly into Earlybird's leadership as we continue to grow across UK employment support provision and across related citizen services.
Claudine Adeyemi-Adams FIEP, Founder and CEO of Earlybird, said: I’m incredibly excited to have Mark joining our team. The combination of his deep expertise and his passion and dedication to seeing us succeed over the years makes him the perfect fit for this next stage of growth for us as we scale our impact in employability and across frontline support services.
Mark Harrison said: Having built a strong working relationship with Claudine, it was a no-brainer when asked to help support the development of next generation AI tools to support Human Services programmes. After seeing first‑hand how the platform transforms frontline adviser performance, reducing administration, whilst enabling faster, more insightful client engagement. I believe this partnership comes at a pivotal moment for the sector, with Earlybird uniquely positioned to unlock the next wave of AI Tools through real‑time analysis, enhanced compliance, and improvement in frontline adviser productivity, driving better performance and outcomes for participants.
