How Seetec rose from 9th to 3rd in the national league with Earlybird.

Seetec embedded Earlybird across seven sites delivering a national flagship employability programme. In just six months, advisers placed 126 extra participants into work, reclaimed 36 hours each per month, and Seetec leapt from 9th to 3rd in national First Earnings rankings.

Advisers buried in admin instead of with participants.

Employment advisers are Seetec's greatest asset, but for too long they were weighed down by admin: spending valuable hours on note-taking and follow-up emails instead of with participants. Becky Miles, Seetec's Operations Manager, named it the core challenge.

The challenge was scaling services and improving outcomes without losing the human connection at the heart of employment support. Seetec sought an innovative partner to augment advisers, not replace them, and engaged Earlybird to co-design a rigorous six-month pilot with a methodology robust enough that finance could stand behind the numbers.

Deployment

Two ways Earlybird worked alongside advisers.

Earlybird ran across seven pilot sites of a national flagship employability programme from December 2024 to September 2025. Pilot sites were compared against a control group with no Earlybird access, ensuring outcomes were directly attributable to the technology.

Conversations

Available twenty-four-seven and in over fifty languages, voice-powered onboarding gathered detailed vocational assessments before participants ever met an adviser. Each adviser walked into the first meeting equipped with rich context.

WorkScribe

WorkScribe converted live adviser-participant conversations into structured case notes, action plans and follow-up emails, removing the post-meeting admin tail and giving advisers space to listen and tailor support.

Results

By the numbers.

Within six months Seetec had reversed a critical trend, outperforming non-pilot sites for job starts within ninety days, and made a significant national leap. The pilot is now rolling out to all 21 Seetec locations.
