Belina GRoW CIC delivered a six-month UKSPF-funded parental employability programme for the London Borough of Lambeth, supporting economically inactive mothers facing multiple disadvantages. With Earlybird embedded across onboarding and adviser sessions, the team cut onboarding time by 81 percent, post-meeting admin by 50 percent, and reached 90 percent compliance against tough UKSPF reporting requirements.
Belina GRoW CIC supports women facing the steepest barriers to employment, including long-term unemployment, low qualifications, language barriers, and single parenthood. The team works across six London boroughs delivering specialist employability support, including the award-winning GRoW programme.
For the 2024 to 2025 Lambeth UKSPF Parental Employability Programme, Belina needed to register, support, and report on over forty economically inactive mothers within a six-month window. UKSPF reporting carries strict compliance requirements with a high number of mandatory data fields per registration. The Belina team needed a way to capture all of that data accurately without losing the human warmth that makes the programme work.
Earlybird was integrated into the GRoW Lambeth programme from day one, plugging into the points where adviser workload was heaviest.
Voice-powered onboarding available twenty-four-seven in over fifty languages. Mothers could complete registration on a mobile in their own time, in their own language, generating a complete UKSPF-compliant data set before they ever met a member of the Belina team.
Auto-generated case notes from adviser one-to-ones. Removed the post-meeting admin tail so advisers could focus on listening, coaching, and building trust during sessions rather than typing up notes after.
The programme ran for six months under tight UKSPF compliance scrutiny. Every figure below was validated against Lambeth's own CRM and confirmed by the commissioning team.
Earlybird helped us achieve almost 100 percent compliance, which is unheard of. I was able to be more present and engaged with my participants and reduced my overall admin time by over 70 percent. I cannot see myself running a programme again without it.

Whether it's through AI or just being there to listen, everything we do is about empowering them to take the next step. Earlybird allowed me to be more present with the women I support.

I thought I'd be stuck in customer service forever. Now I've got a Level 2 qualification in adult social care and I've applied for Level 3. This programme has been amazing.

The minimal time spent on compliance issues allowed the team to focus on what matters most, helping parents build confidence, strengthen their CVs, and access tailored one-to-one support. It is a great example of how innovation can enhance delivery without adding friction.
